Amanda and Kois are running the London Marathon on April 24 for INARA. The pair, who both work at Tower Hamlets Council, have been training rigorously to smash the 26.2 mile (42 kilometre) course, and raise money for the children that we work with every day, to match them to medical treatment that will help them lead happier lives.
The pair want to encourage all of their friends, family, and INARA supporters to donate. Every donation will help motivate them to cross the finish line at the Mall in London.
Amanda and Kois said: "Kois and I would like to try to raise as much money as we can for INARA, a children's charity in Lebanon, which provides vital medical care to injured Syrian and Palestinian refugee children - and where our lovely friend and former colleague Sam is now working. So please donate, and check out the truly amazing work that they do. We're very scared about this marathon and need your support."
When you donate, please make sure you specify that you're donating for them in the reason box. This is so we can track how much they've raised and send them a huge shukran from the children we support!
